At The Sauna Supply, every product we carry is backed by its manufacturer's warranty. Below you will find the warranty coverage for each brand we stock. All warranty claims are handled directly through The Sauna Supply simply contact us and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and are subject to change. Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use unless otherwise noted. Improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and commercial use (where noted) may void coverage.
Finnmark Designs
- Cabinet & Structure: 5-year warranty
- Heaters & Infrared Panels: 5-year warranty
- Electrical Components & Controls: 3-year warranty
- Glass & Accessories: 1-year warranty
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use
- Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
SaunaLife
- Cabinet & Wood Structure: 5-year warranty
- Heater Unit: 3-year warranty
- Electrical & Electronic Components: 2-year warranty
- Glass Doors & Accessories: 1-year warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use
- Commercial use voids warranty unless a commercial warranty is purchased separately
Harvia
- Sauna Heaters (Electric): 2-year warranty on parts, 1-year on labor
- Control Panels & Digital Controllers: 2-year warranty
- Wood Burning Stoves: 2-year warranty on the firebox, 1-year on accessories
- Sauna Cabinets (where applicable): 2-year warranty
- Warranty valid when installed by a qualified electrician per Harvia installation guidelines
- Requires product registration within 30 days of purchase for warranty activation
HUUM
- Heater Body & Heating Elements: 3-year warranty
- Control Units (UKU, DROP controllers): 2-year warranty
- Stones: Not covered (consumable item)
- Warranty requires professional electrical installation
- Installation must comply with HUUM's installation manual
- Warranty is void if unit is used in commercial settings without prior written approval
Auroom
- Sauna Cabin Structure & Wood: 5-year warranty
- Glass & Door Components: 2-year warranty
- Electrical Components: 2-year warranty
- Warranty covers defects in manufacturing under normal use
- Outdoor sauna models require proper weatherproofing maintenance to maintain warranty
Dundalk LeisureCraft
- Cedar Structure & Frame: 5-year warranty
- Heater (if included): Per heater brand warranty (typically Harvia or Tylo)
- Hardware & Accessories: 1-year warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential and light commercial use
- Outdoor units must be properly sealed and maintained per care guidelines
Cozy Heat
- Heater Elements & Body: 2-year warranty
- Controls & Thermostats: 1-year warranty
- Must be installed by a licensed electrician
- Warranty void if used with incorrect voltage or wiring
Finlandia
- Heater Body: 3-year warranty
- Heating Elements: 2-year warranty
- Controls: 1-year warranty
- One of the longest-standing U.S. sauna heater brands — warranty backed by factory parts availability
