The Sauna Supply was built for one reason: to make it easier for everyday people to bring a premium sauna experience into their own home. We got tired of seeing a market full of confusing options, inconsistent product information, and retailers who disappear after the sale. So we built something different.

How We Operate

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Most of our sauna kits and larger units ship via freight carrier, and we work to make that process as straightforward as possible — providing tracking, delivery coordination, and support throughout. Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and we guarantee a response to all inquiries within 24 hours.
